Attack of Hypokalemic Periodic Paralysis

The following is a mild attack of familial hypokalemic periodic paralysis, showing only the left hand and the inability to extend the fourth finger.  This particular attack followed rest after exercise without premedication with potassium chloride.  More extensive video will follow once a more serious attack can be captured on video.
